The Council of the Town of Dalhousie intends to adopt By-law 806-18, “A by-law to amend By-law No. 806-15, Town of Dalhousie Zoning By-law.”
The Zoning By-law will be amended as follows: “Address: 399 Adelaide Street”, “Dwelling Type: Single Unit” and “Other: Added June 2018” will be added to Appendix B: “Existing Single Unit, Two Unit and Two Unit Semi-Detached Dwellings in the TC Zone”. The intent of this amendment is to permit the sale of the house located at 399 Adelaide Street formerly used as the Anglican Church rectory.
The proposed amendment may be examined at Town Hall during working hours. Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of Dalhousie Town Hall, 111 Hall Street, on Monday, June 18th, 2018, to review written objections received. Any person wishing to speak in favor or against those objections shall have an opportunity to do so at this hearing.
Written objections to the proposed amendment must be addressed to Council and will be received by the undersigned until 12:00 noon on Monday, June 18th, 2018.
